The pirate has a flying fish instead of a parrot,- and an evil false eye made out of some cursed jewel.
The lady with the bird on a stick is a professional cat herder- with her is the "tea lady"- from the international tea special ops.

With all of these I actually like the roughs more- so I'm trying to figure a way to treat the roughs to make them polished enough to seem finished but retain their lively character. I try to translate the blodges faithfully but especially in the eyes any tiny deviations make a huge difference to the percieved expression.
